REHAU Industrial Solutions advances international independence

REHAU Industrial Solutions, a sub-group of the REHAU Group, is consistently driving forward the international development of its industrial business. As part of a global growth and organizational strategy, the worldwide activities of the REHAU sub-group are being gradually transitioned into independent national companies. Since January 1, 2026, REHAU Industrial Solutions Germany has been part of this international structure as one of the key markets. Other major markets, such as Spain, Argentina and Mexico, are already operating independently as well.

As early as January 1, 2025, the REHAU Group had reorganized its existing activities into independent sub-groups. With the legal independence of REHAU Industrial Solutions, this strategic realignment is now being implemented at national level.

The objective of the new structure is to further strengthen market proximity, shorten decision-making processes and respond even more flexibly to regional customer requirements. According to the international roadmap, additional countries will be transitioned into independent companies by mid-2026, allowing REHAU Industrial Solutions to operate independently on a global scale.

With the go-live in Germany, REHAU Industrial Solutions SE & Co. KG has been the new partner for customers and suppliers since January 1, 2026. Quality standards, established management systems and existing certifications remain unchanged. Cooperation with the familiar points of contact will also continue.

With this international reorganization, REHAU Industrial Solutions underlines its commitment to promoting sustainable growth and further developing long-term customer relationships worldwide in a future-oriented manner.
